A Family Dream, Years in the Making

Eve's Eatery was founded by Chef Francisco “Cisco” Espinoza and his wife Eve, who moved from Las Vegas with a vision of creating a restaurant they could call their own. After months of planning and preparation, they opened their doors in January 2022 and quickly became a local favorite. Their family-run approach creates a warm atmosphere where every guest feels at home. What started as a dream has grown into a beloved dining destination in Carson City.

His Culinary influence extends to collaborations with celebrity chefs such as Scott Conant, Brian Malarkey, Costas Spidialis, Chris Santos, and Robert Irvine, contributing to the success of various esteemed restaurants. Now, Chef Cisco & his wife Eve Espinoza and family have brought his first concept to Carson City.
